Technically he’s correct. He is being forced out. And not a moment too soon

The more ridiculous statement is that he fantasizes he has a 13 handicap. I’d really like to see him play a round, at say nearby Congressional, and witness the ball-striking skill of this “honest 13” handicap player.

Somebody once quipped that the USA has a coup every four years, but that our coups are peaceful.

Although what happened between Clinton and Bush did not seem too peaceful.

And if Trump wins, I wonder what the Wookie will do to the White House before she leaves?

Obama and Moochie and 50 million others like them.....

Once they get into government housing and those government checks start rolling in it’s hard to get them off their asses and out to find a real job.

Democrat presidents, in love with power, are terribly sad at the end of their terms. It reflects their affinity for marxist dictators and their desire to be one.

He can walk out the door on January 20.

Or be forced out at bayonet point.

His choice.

Sounds like SOMEONE didn’t read his free pocket copy of the US Constitution, available from the ACLU, Heritage Foundation, and virtually anywhere else!!! Shall we ALL mail our FREE copies of the US Constitution, with the 22nd Amendment circled in RED to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue??

As far as I am concerned he could stay there for 20 years provided it’s in a Cell in the basement.

Click bait headline. Within the context of the interview, the statement is no big deal.

Of course he likes the perks of power. Free sh!it for him. Living in a palace and lots of vacations & golfing, flying on a private jet. What’s not to like?

Oh, that “leadership” thing and actually making good decisions? That’s hard and boring. But Valerie is there to take up the slack.

We’re going to need the Marines to intervene, to detach his wife’s grubby hands from the public purse.

Well, technically he’s right. Term limits are forcing him out, as they do all two term presidents.

Plenty of Democrats and some Republicans would love to see Obama continue his destruction of America in a third term.

Wow: Look Who Is Calling For A 3rd Term For Obama… Seriously
“Term limits clearly have to go...”

Fred Maxwell March 14, 2016 at 1:52pm

Should the 22nd amendment to the Constitution of the United States be repealed?

If Vox’s Matt Yglesias had his way, the answer is “yes.”
In an article entitled, “Democrats best choice for 2016 is the guy already in the White House”, Yglesias explains his decision.
The article calls Democratic presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton, the de-facto third term Obama.
With this in mind, Yglesias is concerned that Clinton will be unable to carry out the Democrats agenda.
In the article, he says of President Obama, “It would make a lot more sense for him to directly face his critics on the left (Bernie Sanders) and right (every Republican) rather than do so indirectly through the proxy of Hillary Clinton.”
We went on to say, “If the voters are persuaded to take the country in a different direction, then so be it.”
Acknowledging that the 22nd amendment limits a president to two terms in office, Yglesias asserts that maybe the time has come to consider repealing the amendment.
Yglesias continued his article by saying, “The problem, of course, is that a third Obama term would be unconstitutional. The 22nd Amendment, ratified in 1951, prohibits presidents from serving more than two terms. But though it can’t be repealed in time for the 2016 election, term limits clearly have to go. We should return to the democratic practice that served our country well for 150 years: Let the parties nominate whom they like, and let the voters choose their favorite.”
President Obama’s increase in approval rating along with his age, experience and qualifications are cited by Yglesias as reasons for a third term.
