Woods is doing Assange a favor. The deaths of Breitbart and others should serve notice on leakers that, in today’s world, action should precede warnings.
Either that or he gets bought off. The Clintons have tons of their own money, plus they have the Clinton Foundation money as well as rich friends. They could probably arrange $50 million in cash without much effort. That kind of money would make anyone think twice.
I will bet dollars to donuts, as an old teacher used to say, that friends of Hillary have been reaching out to Assange to see how much it would take to shut him up. If that doesn’t work then there is always the Vince Foster option.
Which is a very good reason to NOT take him out.

In SEP-DEC of 2001, FR hailed Bush43 for his work to gather the “willing nations” to attack Saddam Hussein and the nation of Iraq on her [sic] support of terrorist acts. I still hold “B43” in esteem for his quick and decisive action as POTUS.
On FR during that time, B43 was the supposed-champion of American Liberty and freedom (AKA: Monroe Doctrine extended to the Middle East).
Today, here on FR, Bush43 is the ruination of the reputation of the USA in the world. Can’t we be consistent?
This time is larger than Trump. And, I continue to believe that Trump understands that.
Trump is a patriot, a candidate whom I continue to point to as “our initial step” to reclaiming the USA as the beacon of human liberty. He may not complete that effort in his term-of-office, but citizens of the USA will fully understand what Trump is trying to accomplish. I foresee a rise in patriotism with a Trump administration. [Note that I do equate “market capitalism” with USA patriotism.]
