I’m a 2 million miler with Delta. Right now, I’m stuck in the Delta gate house in the Omaha airport. I hope to get home sometime this week.

Sorry to hear from a fellow freq flyer. Such joys. I’m sitting on an AA plane as we speak. I heard Delta has old sucky computer systems from one of their employees.

Shouldn’t Delta be taking care of Plats and Diamonds by providing overnight accommodations, etc.?

I was in Omaha in the early 1990’s when my company bought another company. It had been a long time since I saw a downtown area clear out that fast.
