Is Bart a ‘regular’? Is he always with her?
From the photos I’ve seen of her at public events he’s never very far away. He was the one that whispered in her ear during her micro seizure. He’s also in the photo above on her left. The heavy set black man with the shaved head. If you scan photos of her appearances you’ll see he’s in a lot of them. He’s a little paunchy to be a SS agent.

Someone posted a picture of “bart” the black ‘secret service’ man with the bent husband bill. I wasn’t able to determine when the picture was taken. Which opens up the possibility for a further claim that someone made on another thread: bart was on Bill’s security detail for years.
We gotta find out the truth about bart.
