For sure; I just wish somebody would sue Hillary on the basis that, as senator and as secretary of state, she was a principal in two organizations - the Clinton Foundation, and her marriage with Bill - which certainly did "without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title” although (if not because) she was on the federal dime.State governments have plenary power over the selection of their electors:
