Don't kid yourself. She's talking about a new payroll deduction for younger workers. And they've already mentioned letting folks apply for Medicare earlier.

Now every month they take out $105 for Medicare B. If they add younger people, with less chance of being hospitalized, they'll reap some bucks.

The problem remains though.....Medicaid.
