People need to realize that Obama didn’t say “most transparent ever”, because he planned to be that way; it was actually used to imply: THE FORMER ADMIN WAS NOT TRANSPARENT.
No matter what word they use, kindest, competent, etc., it’s always to imply the previous admin was not any of those things.
This method is straight out of “Rules for Radicals”.
In that case, they can't call it anything.
Implying that the obama administration was in any way less that totally perfect would violate the 11th Commandment.
