A post convention scientific (non media) poll of North Carolina voters from The Civitas Institute (full pdf below) shows candidate Donald Trump with a 46/42 lead over Hillary Clinton.
Also, in what is becoming an increasing concern for the Clinton campaign team – the demographics (crosstabs) of the poll show Trump is capturing 32% of the black voting base:

Trump is much stronger than it appears. The mainstream media’s relentless assault on Trump has successfully driven many Trump supporters into the shadows but we are still here and we are coming out in force in November. We are not going anywhere.
One only need to see the rallies that are filling venues all across America - with overflow - as in indicator. But generally these rallies are not covered by the dishonest press.
Most good Americans don’t want to spend their summer arguing with their neighbors and co-workers and wish to keep peace in their families. So they are keeping their heads down for now, staying out of the political fray, and biding their time until the election.

Agreed. Most people are very quiet this year. And the blustery Trump, the racist Trump, the misogynist Trump, descriptions are easy fodder.
Listening to local radio go on about how racist Trump is, how is illegal immigration talk alienates hispanics, it is racist. He should focus more on what good immigrants do for us. NO! If those hispanics are “alienated” by what he says, they are what is wrong with this country. Illegal immigration is drowning us, and no one with half a brain that isn’t racially motivated thinks Trump is racist when he talks about illegal immigration.
If everyone would go see “Hillary’s America”, that 32% would increase to 50%, I’ll bet.
As I posted on FR last summer and fall, many Blacks in S and E Atlanta told me:
Well, Trump isn’t really a Republican. So it’s OK to support him.
Trump doing startlingly well with Blacks is not new. This started last Sept. with a USAToady survey showing him getting 25% with Blacks. This showed up again a few months later with a poll posted in Fla I think it was a SurveyUSA poll with Trump getting 20%. Thereafter this went into Black out if you will and we have not seen this since. The real tip that something is happening with Blacks and trump is that last week the Wapo posted what were supposed to be Q-polls from Ohio and Pennsylvania showing ZERO NADA not one single Black in Ohio or Pennsylvania supported Trump meaning Hillary Clinton was doing better than Obama with Blacks!
You will never see this story from the Hillery media. I’m still wondering about yesterday’s Breitbart story that hundreds of NC voters aged 100-150 who have registered AND HAVE ALREADY VOTED ABSENTEE.over 60% are Democrat, of course. Are the Democrats already stuffing the ballot boxes 95 days before the election?
I like to relate the election to a prize fight. If you've ever watched a televised boxing match, you likely know that how you think the fight is going is influenced to some extent by what the blow by blow ringside announcers are saying. Watch a fight without announcers (i.e. the sound off) and your impression can be markedly different than what you thought while watching and listening to the announcers. More to the point, the announcers are often wrong, and their opinions don't match what the fight judges decide.
My point is that we don't really know for sure what is happening in this election cycle, and we should just keep fighting until the final decision is handed down. There are many out there, in the media and political operatives, who have a vested interest in depressing you, and influencing your opinion about how things are going. Don't let them influence the way you think. Keep fighting the good fight.
Fox was going through some internals and noted the Hillary black % was in the 80’s. That is much less than the normal say 92%. That difference is adequate for a loss.

There is no way to stop them from cheating. For Democrats, it’s simply part of the normal election process.
Yesterday I think I heard a clue of what we all might be hearing in the event Trump wins in November. My quilting group was discussing voting, specifically that it would be good to go back to paper ballots.
All of us vote Republican except one, who’s a rabid, Emily’s-list-supporting, bleeding-heart, activist liberal. The majority of us want paper ballots because it’s less likely the democrats can tweak the machines as they do always. The lib said her family wants paper ballots because “if Russia can hack into Hillary’s computers, then Russia can hack into the electronic voting machines.” She believes that Putin and Trump are in cahoots.
Since she’s tuned in to the Dark Side, I have a feeling this is going to be their back-up rationalization if PIAPS loses. It’s doubtful that she come up with this on her own, so I expect she’s heard it via her liberal network.
There is only one solution and that is for voter fraudsters to be executed. There is no higher crime than perverting the election process.
I agree. I wear my white letters on black "Make America Great Again" ball cap everywhere. When in Walmart yesterday, everybody that noticed me commented how they like my hat. I mean everybody. I do live in AR where the Clintons' are hated but still it my "Walking around Walmart poll" it appears to be close to 100%. Oh! Not scientific you say? I think it it just as scientific as the media polls.
