I was wondering how they kept the water in the dumpster as dumpsters are not water tight. Now I see they used one of the bus plastic tarps as a liner.

Now I see they used one of the bus plastic tarps as a liner. I had a neighbor that did that tarp liner trick to fill the back of his El Camino with water. Blew out his air shocks.
