There is the money quote. Trump did not start it. I have not heard any insults of the Khans by Trump. Trump said that he would like to hear what the wife has to say, but maybe she was not allowed to talk. That is it!

The problem with muslims and islam is that islam doesn’t just have baggage it has exploding suitcases. Islam is designed to be deadly; sharia law is designed to be violent. Telling people they must submit or die is not a human or religious right, it is criminal intent to cause harm. The problem with islam is what it teaches as acceptable is considered criminal not just by western standards, but by human right standards. Islam teaches submission to supremacy rather then the bold defiance of individuality and equal opportunity. There is no fairness in islam only servile submissiveness and even that could get you killed.
