Barry was found fit to serve as President by voting “present” as an elected official, getting a Nobel Peace Prize for “potential” but not for any accomplishments, and convincing people that he can -and will- control the tides and weather. The next President has a high hurdle to be better than Barry. (And YES, this is SARCASM!)
And there’s Obama, citing John McCain, Paul Ryan, McConnell, etc. as supporting his opinion that Trump is unfit.
