Yea, it’ll be bad from here forward. The MSM will only ramp up the propaganda campaign against Trump. If you think it’s bad now, wait until everyone gets back from Labor Day vacation and the school year starts. Everyone will be so cloudy from a summer of booze, BBQ, and vacation that they’ll buy whatever the media feeds them.
Sorry to say it, but the Khan thing is Trump’s “47%” comment.
HAHA!! Just imagine if you are a liberal seeing these polls. Even just being close at this point, nevermind LEADING. They can’t believe it. They don’t know what to do. Nothing works. They can’t bring him down.

Yep. Trump didn’t do himself any favors this past week. The fact that Hillary is starting to hit 50% in some of these polls, manufactured or not, is a bit disconcerting.
One of the concerns I have is that the USC poll is a 7-day average, meaning that over the past several days, Hillary has gained some ground. Once the convention bounce/Kahn thing dies down, the polls will probably straighten out.
The MSM will constantly beat on the Kahn thing, though.
And they will be forever hammering him on calling her the devil!
Hillary is at 42% and that’s being generous.
She’ll get around 40% in November because remember - Democratic strength is nearly always overestimated.
The fact she’s not breaking 42% since May should be telling.
But the Hillary campaign will believe what the MSM is feeding her and coast like Romney, figuring its in the bag.
Romney thought that as well in 2012 and to his shock, he lost on Election Day.
Seriously?? Get a grip. Nobody cares about the Khan thing. I can’t believe all the people falling into the media trap on this. As for the USC Dornsife poll, this is completely expected and predicted. Trump peaked on the Wednesday after his convention, as will Hillary. The race will be close to tied tomorrow and then she will trend down. The takeway from this poll is that Trump has hit a peak of 47.4 and Hillary only 43.4. This is bad news for her.
I cannot stand the endless concern trolls on these boards. Trump is not done, he didn’t step in it, it is not his 47% moment. If the media didn’t attack him for this, it would find something else. Trump is going to win, no matter what the media and the Democrats try.
MSM has shot its wad on the Khan controversy and they’ll find another one to bring Trump down with.
Their old playbook isn’t working. Controversy simply bounces off Trump.
He has Teflon armor and the MSM doesn’t understand why he isn’t buried yet.
And they’ve been predicting his imminent demise since last June.

Trump very often goes out on a limb, but almost never goes out on a limb without at least some support underneath him. I'd wonder if there isn't something big out there regarding Lawyer Khan.

I predicted yesterday that this would go down, and that eventually this will flatten pretty permanently at about a 3.5% Trump lead. We’ll see.
People were nasty about Obama in 2008 and people shrugged their shoulders. He won.
Point to take away is no matter how much slime you throw on a candidate who looks destined to go places, it won’t affect people’s voting intentions.
And Trump voters are fiercely loyal to their candidate.
Yeah, he needs to be more like Romney if he plans on winning this race. You think everyone is telling the truth that they are Islamaphobes in this story?

It’s just on every media outlet on Earth regarding the race right now.
But no one cares. Just one big old nothing?
It’s stupid, but don’t bullsh*it people here and tell them that no one is paying attention, and call them all trolls because they actually have the nerve to not just pretend it doesn’t exist.
People aren’t going to take a ranting person on FR demanding people stop noticing it, over the almost saturation coverage.
Why did Romney think he could coast? Was that just hubris? That’s inconceivable to me. He never had anything like a real lead, let alone a comfortable one. At best, he had a few outlying polls that showed him with a national lead.
Don’t kid yourself. And who said he needed to be Romney.
