We just need to counter offer with: "Here is $100,000.00 cash and a plane ticket to Liberia, or any sub-Saharan country of your choice. You'll be a king there. Entire villages in a lifetime don't have $100,000 USD. Just renounce your citizenship, turn in your passport, and sign here".
