the parents of illegal alien anchor babies are not ....
They deliberately flaunt the laws of our country to enter and prove they do not intend to subject themselves to any part of jurisdiction..
therefore their offspring born here under those conditions are not legally United States citizens...
Plus the 14th Amendment was written for former black slaves born here, not illegal aliens...

First of all I agree that the law,as currently interpreted,is despicable.However,it's my understanding (and trust me...I ain't no lawyer) that the Federal courts have ruled that they *are* "subject to the jurisdiction of" while foreign diplomats,having been granted "diplomatic immunity" are not.
If you,or better still,a lawyer has info to prove me wrong (or,better still,to prove the *courts* wrong) then I'm all ears.
