Missouri Democrats face an uphill fight to sustain Gov. Jay Nixon’s veto of a bill eliminating training requirements to carry a concealed firearm.

Complicating their efforts is the fact that their all-but-certain nominee for governor supports both bills.

Attorney General Chris Koster, who faces only token opposition in the Aug. 2 Democratic primary to replace term-limited Nixon, said he saw no reason to veto the wide-ranging gun bill.

Chris is a former Republican... Well schooled in political speak from both sides of the aisle.

Guess we know where the KC news rag stands. They may be surprised if Koster gets his little butt whipped in November.

I would say to everyone in Missouri, get off your butts and VOTE!!!

Come Tuesday we will know for certain which candidate will lead Republicans to victory this fall. Any of the 4 acceptable to me. I do like Greitens. All 4 favor Constitutional Carry. Right to Work. Tax reform, etc.

Not only do we need a Republican to win the Governor’s race, we need to flush out the St.L “Republicans.”
