Unfortunately, that isn't true of all Muslims who have entered the US. We should of course, in a heartfelt way acknowledge her grief. But she should of course acknowledge our fears of Radical Islamic Terrorism.

The individuals represent a concept, in this case, the concept that Moslems are no more likely to be a threat to the United States than Christians, Jews, Buddhists ... that "Islam has nothing to do with terrorism."
The Trump campaign is more likely to engage with the individuals than to specify and make an argument against the concept.
It is possible this will be effective. Only the election will show.
