There aren’t loopholes (see the Ninth and Tenth Amendments particularly); there are the deliberate misinterpretations by corrupt activist judges who legislate from the bench and the flouting by a corrupt executive enabled by an equally-corrupt compliant rubber-stamp legislature, all of whom have usurped power they are not granted by that Constitution.
Oh, I get it; purposeful misinterpretation, subversion, or loophole — the bottom line results in the same end result of edging us closer to a fascist dictatorship, advancement of a Caliphate, and One World Government.
