Supporters nervous Clinton won’t carry Pennsylvania
Market Watch ^ | July 27, 2016 | Robert Schroeder

Keystone State residents said the former secretary of state can’t take winning Pennsylvania for granted, in spite of a historically favorable climate for Democrats. A Republican presidential candidate hasn’t carried Pennsylvania since George H.W. Bush in 1988. But one recent Quinnipiac University poll showed Donald Trump would beat Clinton in the state, and her backers recognize the threat.

I hope Trump will carry PA and all other states, demolishing Hillary in a landslide.

Turnout is key. Be sure to VOTE and VOTE TRUMP!

Trump should carry Pa. and perhaps even N.Y.!

The insiders know how to count heads, just as I do; they just LIE to the general public and I don't lie on FR! :^)

The difference this time could be Trump’s position on Trade. If Union voters don’t cross over this election, they never will.

If PA is in play, so is Ohio. which means resources will be spent in both.

And Michigan is not far behind

I’ve never been this worried about an election. The left is out of control. Please God let Trump prevail.

Pennsylvania should be winnable by Trump unless Philadelphia has 100+% turnout again.

PA (and the other states) should vote for Trump.
If the felon is elected and she’s another
egomaniacal despot, America will be stuck with
her for eight years or until she expires.

Strip out the blatant Philadelphia fraud and Romney would have won it in 2012.

GOP hasn't won PA since 1988 (Bush with only a 2.3% win over Dukakis). GWB lost PA by 2.5% to Kerry in 2004. While Reagan slaughtered Mondale in 1984, PA was one of Reagan's weaker showings that election year.

I am not holding my breath about Trump being able to overcome history and massive voter fraud and intimidation in PA.

If Pennsylvania is truly a toss-up state this year, then in addition to Ohio and likely Michigan turning into toss-ups, you can add Wisconsin and 2004 Bush state Iowa as well. New Jersey would also likely be toss-up territory as well if Pennsylvania is.

Remember in 2004, Bush nearly took Wisconsin - he only lost by less than 4,000 votes and also dang near won Pennsylvania and New Jersey - lost 51-49 or something like that in Pennsylvania and nearly as close in New Jersey.

Trump will also have a good shot at winning most or all of the other 2004 Bush states that turned into Obama states: Nevada, Colorado, New Mexico and Virginia. These states should all be in play this year. Trump could also win New Hampshire and pick off an Electoral Vote in Maine as well

In the end, for Trump to get over 270 electoral votes, he simply needs to hold the states and the 206 electoral votes Romney won in 2012 (which he should do in my opinion rather easily), plus win Ohio (18 EV), Pennsylvania (20 EV) and Florida (29 EV). If he does that and wins no other former 2004 Bush state, then Trump will have 273 electoral votes and the Presidency, unless a bunch of NeverTrumper GOP types wind up as electoral college electors, LOL.
