It would be nice to have a list of all federal judges, and who appointed them...
In case nobody else has noticed....Democrats claim to believe in “regulation”...except when it comes to lawyers, judges & abortionists....then they believe in unfettered de-regulation..even to the point where judges may vote themselves the power to illegally amend the Constitution or, eg, court order de-regulation of state-licensed medical doctors in one area favored by feminists.

When I moved to Indiana and got my driver’s license, I had to provide several forms of identification: my Illinois license, and a utility bill to prove residence. I don’t remember if it was required, but I also brought a copy of my birth certificate and my passport. The drivers license guy then asked if I wanted to register to vote. I did and he registered me. The Indiana DL is a “smart ID.” When I go to vote, they swipe my driver’s license. It brings up my name and information, a place to sign electronically, and my ballot. I don’t know what they do with people who don’t drive.
Is this unconstitutional? I don’t have a problem with it and am not aware that that arrangement has ever been challenged. If it is not constitutional, why not?

You have to show photo ID to enter a Federal Courthouse, but not to enter a polling center?
I say they should make it illegal to require anyone to show ID to enter a Federal Building or to get on a plane or go through any security checkpoint.
