My niece is an African American pushing forty. She has gone from an Obama supporter to one of us because of the last eight years.

Is there any reason why we should believe these numbers? How do we know that the real numbers may have been less than 10 million?
For the same reasons you’d believe any TV Ratings numbers.
Nielsen is the expert in the field. With that said, the numbers didn’t include CSPAN, PBC or online. But it’s an apples-to-apples comparison.
