MA has elected a Republican governor from time to time, though hardly conservatives (Weld, Romney). Scott Brown won the Senatorial seat formerly held by Ted Kennedy because not even MA Dems liked having Obamacare shoved down their throats.

If Hillary screws up sufficiently, a MA Trump win is not impossible.

But....in MA, Republicans have a good history of electing Governors, even though they mainly prove to be disappointments. Add to that Scott Brown won the US Senate seat then threw it away with a lousy campaign.

Don't forget....what happens inside 128 is not a majority of the state.

Besides that, it won't hurt to remind those who aren't real happy that it was stolen from Sanders that Elizabeth Warren wasn't given the VP nod.
