About the Survey✝
The USC Dornsife/LA Times Presidential Election "Daybreak" Poll is part of the ongoing Understanding America Study: (UAS) at the University of Southern Californias (USC) Dornsife Center for Economic and Social Research, in partnership with the Jesse M. Unruh Institute of Politics and the Los Angeles Times. Every day, we invite one-seventh of the members of the UAS election panel to answer three predictive questions: What is the percent chance that
(1) you will vote in the presidential election? (2) you will vote for Clinton, Trump, or someone else? and (3) Clinton, Trump or someone else will win? As their answers come in, we update the charts daily (just after midnight) with an average of all of the prior weeks responses. To find out more about what lies behind the vote, each week we also ask respondents one or two extra questions about their preferences and values. The team responsible for the USC Dornsife/LA Times Presidential Election Poll four years ago developed the successful RAND Continuous Presidential Election Poll, which was based on the same methodology.
Previous 7/27--- Trump 47.4 Clinton 40.1
Bags of sh*t don’t bounce
So Trump goes down by 1.3, but Clinton only goes up by .5? What happened to the other .8 %?
Hillary received a small bounce.
Doesn’t change Trump’s lead.
After her terrible speech at her convention last night, this was predictable.
If she was gonna do it, she would have to hit out of the park.
Fail.
Does the .8% have to move in with Frank Luntz? :o)
Consider it like this: Hillary had to look and appear presidential and not sound like Obama running 8 years ago.
That’s exactly what she did last night. Who cares? What are you are gonna for us now?
She didn’t answer that question.
Now Big Media will start their usual lies about how “the race is all tied up again”, because if they DON’T make it look close, certain minority groups won’t bother showing up in November - making the ballot-stuffing fraud more obvious.
LOL, great comeback!
This is a rolling 7 day average poll. The Clinton “bounce, whatever it is will take place over the next 4-5 days as each new days results are factored into the average and the earlier days drop off.
What are you are gonna [for] to us now?
Meaningless...taken before her speech...tonight will show if she starts to get a bounceI
Either back to undecided or flipped to the stoner or green candidate?
Let’s hope it’s a Clinton thud....
OMG that’s funny! (Hope I didn’t wake up the kids.)
Cackle,cackle,cackle, thud!
The classic “Dead Cat” bounce. This is great!
