You are not the only person to draw that conclusion. On my local AM talk show, a caller with extensive experience in the field of neurology determined the same thing. When he spoke earlier in the aeek, Bill Clinton did not raise his arms higher than the 10 and 2 positions of a clock. He also did not utilize his trademark thumb over his clenched right fist.
