I'm guessing here, but I would drop it after the convention closes on the 3rd night to let it settle in for 12-14hrs before Clinton give her big speech on the 4th night.

Just enough to show outright collusion by the Clinton campaign with the DNC all along the way.

I would save the Clinton 33,000 deleted emails AND the Foundation emails for later in the process.

And, I'd keep dropping hints and warnings all along the way.
