Prosecutors give up on felonies against baby body-parts investigators

Felony counts that had been filed by a “rogue” prosecutor in Texas against two investigators who in 2015 released videos uncovering the baby body-parts trade of Planned Parenthood have been dismissed by a judge.

The prosecutor, who had been the target of outrage when the charges against David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt were filed last winter, asked for the dismissal on Tuesday, and the request quickly was granted by the judge in the case.

The videos revealed Planned Parenthood executives explaining how they could adjust abortion procedures to save the body parts requested by the undercover videographers, who were posing as representatives of a company dealing in the trade of fetal tissue.

They also talked about how much money they wanted, with one executive infamously describing how she wanted a Lamborghini.

However, changing abortion procedures in such circumstances, as well as profiting from transactions, violates federal law.

Email from David Daleiden yesterday:

I'm flying to Houston for a court hearing to dismiss the final bogus charge brought against me by a corrupt, runaway grand jury and DA's office that colluded with Planned Parenthood.

Tomorrow, we will present a case to the court about the abuse of process and scheming between Planned Parenthood and their friends in the DA's office to protect Planned Parenthood from scrutiny and punish citizen journalists for blowing the whistle. That case will argue:

"In this politically charged investigation, Assistant District Attorney Anshu “Sunni” Mitchell abdicated her role as an independent state official and abused her position of public trust to obtain private benefits for the very organization she was supposed to be investigating, Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast.”

“HCDAO’s legal errors were all part of the same deliberate, unethical, profoundly biased campaign to whitewash PPGC’s crimes and attack PPGC’s political opponents, Mr. Daleiden and Ms. Merritt.”

These were “willful abuses of power that warrant dismissal of the indictment as a sanction for egregious prosecutorial misconduct.”

Planned Parenthood knows their criminal baby-parts-for-profit scheme could be the end of their taxpayer-funded abortion empire. They even went so far as to manipulate a grand jury to sabotage the State of Texas' investigation in order to save their own skins.

Planned Parenthood has lied to the media, to Congress, and to the American people for the past year, falsely insisting they received no "financial benefit" from harvesting little baby hearts, brains, and lungs.

The Center for Medical Progress has assembled a first-class team of legal experts to vindicate our First Amendment rights and expose Planned Parenthood's abuse of the legal process, fraud against the American people, and crimes against women and children...

One theme at the Dem convention last night was fighting corruption (yeah, right) and complaining about how money influences politicians (yeah, right). I think what you will see if Hillary wins, is that there will be malicious prosecutions against journalists who investigate the wrong thing, and against whistle-blowers. These malicious prosecutions will be done in the name of fighting corruption, promoting security, etc.

The baby killers probably bribed this evil prosecutor to take the heat off of their Cheap Baby Body Parts business when it was under scrutiny. Those two investigators should sue the pants off ADA Mitchell and have her disbarred. Houston should be ashamed of the riffraff in their city government. It is a lousy city, with no morals among its leadership. Fire and brimstone may be in its future.

Now, how about discipline proceedings against the prosecutors?

We should have known that, back when the libs were telling
us that they wanted “abortion that is SAFE & RARE”.

What a load of hog doo-doo that was.

Now, they have turned it into a THRIVING, LUCRATIVE BUSINESS
ENTERPRISE.

If the “Black Community” ever picks up on the reality that
the abortion mill is just Margaret Sanger’s little joke
on THEM in order to get shed of the “inferior” races, the
Democrat Party can just go fish.

If HilLIARy wins it will be a $h!tstorm

Because with all the internet attention they will have STILL gotten away with winning through corruption, and they basically wont care anymore.

With all the internet exposures of criminal activity they still managed to get away with it, so why not go all out. Nothing ever happens to them.

Houston should be ashamed of the riffraff in their city government.

The D.A.'s office is part of Harris County government, not the City of Houston.

Depositions in the case would have shone too much light on the baby butchers and their profit from human parts. The cozying up of the Democrat party and abortionists is now complete. They are one and the same.
