NBC ^

Posted on 07/26/2016 10:48:57 AM PDT by MNDude

Donald Trump received no significant bounce following the Republican National Convention, according to the latest NBC News|SurveyMonkey Weekly Election Tracking Poll. Hillary Clinton still leads Trump by a single point: 46 percent to 45 percent. These numbers are unchanged from last week.

The Trump-Mike Pence ticket saw a modest boost in favorability among Republicans. Independents — the true persuadable voters — were less than enthusiastic about what they saw or heard about the GOP convention, according to the weekly tracking poll, conducted online from July 18 through July 24 among 12,931 adults who say they are registered to vote

This seems to be the new meme the MSM is pushing. I've seen this story posted on about 6 sources today so far.

Some say he did get a bounce and some say he didn’t. Screw all polls! We’ll see what happens in November.

If the polls show any kind of increase for Trump, the MSM, comes back with a new poll that favors Hillary.

The Monkey poll always had one of the least favorable results for Trump through out the campaign. However he still got the nomination despite of the Monkey poll.

Right, which is why Donald Trump has completely overshot Hillary Clinton in the RCP national average.

Wasn't NBC the same one that told us Ted Cruz was leading Trump by two points nationally sometime in 2016? What a laugh.

LOL, keep the stupid liberals in the dark. The longer the make fun of him, the less time they will realize he’s going to make mincemeat out of them.

Need a favorable poll for Hillary, get a MSM Op-Ed poll going, 95% of it will show her winning.

And he didn’t lose any ground because of his”dark” speech. The MSN must be something ranching their heads as to why they can’t manipulate public opinion.

Poll conducted entirely in the employee break room at Planned Parenthood then disseminated via the typical rat lines to the dopey public.

An online poll (on a lefty news site) of 12,931 adults who say they are registered to vote.

Now there is some credible data right there.

So many polls show him up 3 - 6 points. This is absurd number manipulation, but shows NBC knows they can still fool some of the people some of the time.

Kinda odd. Trump had momentum for weeks then at the time of the convention he lost his momentum. Either two things happened here that I can think of
1. He is capped out just at the time of the convention (momentum over) (which is what the media is implying here)
2. Polls skewed to not show his momentum after the convention which is an old indicator of how well the candidate is doing.
