Isn't this called "influence peddling?" And isn't it the same crime of which Rod Blagojevich was convicted? You know...another Democrat from Illinois who's doing an extended hitch as a guest of the federal correction system because he was convicted on 17 counts of misconduct relating to his attempt to sell an appointment to the U.S. Senate?
