President Barack Obama signed an executive order in 2010 applying the Hyde Amendment, which bans taxpayer funding of most abortions, to Obamacare.
Five years later, the White House referred to the Hyde Amendment while defending taxpayer funding of Planned Parenthood.
Now, the Democrats’ party platform is calling for repeal of the measure.
According to a new poll, Americans are solidly opposed to public funding of abortion, including nearly half of voters who support abortion rights, and at least four out of 10 Democrats.

Follow the money. Abortion is big business. But is declining thankfully.
The Julia thing won them the election in 2012.
Now they need to up the ante to assure the votes of the young slut community.
When you have a fiat, unbacked currency and Federal Reserve to support unlimited government debt - every progressive, leftist social-engineering scheme is possible.
It needs one more thing than that: without the Petrodollar the whole thing collapses in on itself.
... well, at least quicker....
The Petrodollar is how we keep the proverbial canarys in the overloaded cargo plane flying. It lets the Dollar be a stronger drowning man among all the other fiat monies, which are all by their natures gonna be drowning men too, rather than the sinker it should be.
