SAGAMIHARA, Japan : The Kyodo news agency is reporting that 19 people are dead and 20 injured following a knife attack in Sagamihara, outside Tokyo. A knife-wielding man attacked a facility for the disabled and then turned himself in, police said.

OMG. That’s terrible. I can’t even imagine who it could be. I have a bad feeling the victims might be all children. I can’t imagine one person successfully killing and injuring 40 children with a knife.

Attack happened around 2:30 a.m. Young man around age 20 turned himself in just after 3:00 a.m. He was a former employee of the center.
