He doesn’t want to share control of the cash cow that is the Democrat Party with the Clintons.
This might be a move by the Obama people to hand the info to WikiLeaks and ax Hillary.
She might be replaced this week or just lose this election.
Obama retains control of his party.
Hillary wins. It’s her DNC. It’d be her (and Bill’s) party.

Btw, CBS 60 MINUTES left out airing the WikiLeaks part.
She was asked directly if it was improper for the DNC to back her and she refused to answer.
Really? She wouldn’t answer? Hmmm...
