Black would probably be the closest thing to a latter-day Percy Foreman or Richard “Racehorse” Haynes there is these days...he’s the guy the rich and powerful call when they have to deal with criminal charges. He’s nowhere near the legendary character that either Foreman or Haynes were, but if you’re in Florida and you have criminal legal issues AND lots of money to spend on legal representation, he’s your guy.

What if I am a government worker but don’t do any work?
There are many of us out here, getting paid for no work. I look at it as a white collar welfare program. I show up 9-5 four days a week and the pay is good! My section was created during FDR’s administration.
OK. I admit it...you caught me comparing Roy Black to Percy Foreman. Ol’ Percy probably wouldn’t care for being compared to anybody.
