Debbie Wasserman Schultz, the chair of the Democratic National Committee, was furious when she was criticized by MSNBC host Mika Brzezinski.
Wasserman Schultz called for Brzezinski to “apologize” and told her co-worker Chuck Todd “this must stop.” The DNC chair even complained to MSNBC’s president.

Chuck Todd is not merely Mika’s “co-worker” he is the “Political Director” for NBC and MSNBC. I don’t know if that give him line authority (hiring and firing) over Mika or not, but it certainly makes him a huge heavyweight in the organization and not merely some random “co-worker”....
The DNC was trying to bring severe pressure upon Mika for daring to step out of line.
It is especially striking to see DWS seems to think she can dictate to Chuck Todd how things are gonna be. Does he have his testicles in some lockbox?
Or is it simply that she knows he is a loyal DNC slave....

The NSA has a great big box of testicles. That means the DNC has a lot of blackmail power. Todd will do what he’s told. The only thing that might stop it is Todd and the Democrat big shots remind DWS that this is a time she must fall on her sword. Or Mika stands up on air and accuses Todd of being in cahoots with the democrat party. All hell would break lose but there’s no way they can fire her.
Now, don’t count on Joe to come to her aid. They’ve got his testicles in that box you and I were talking about.
