Only $15,000 bail? That is outrageous. It should have been at least ten times that much.

Ridiculous! Is this guy the Mayor’s cousin?

What’s REALLY sad is that this Veteran appears to have no family that missed him...

Other than that, hang this sumbitch!

They should be forced to eat the carpet from the motel room.

Looking at Coniglio and considering the hotel staff had taken a vow of silence....I will speculate...

Nice stereotyping there :) jk

If he was mafia he wouldn’t need the check.

And mafioso treat older veterans with great respect as many of the older ones are vets.

This thing of our isn’t the Bloods and the Crips.

He would have been executed my the bosses if he was connected and this was discovered.

Now the italian that beat the #### out of those 2 muslims, he might be mafioso :)

I cannot believe this scum bucket can get so a low bail. Hopefully though it is a cash bail only meaning he has to come up with the entire amount in cash.

$15,000 is ridiculous. Add 3 more zeroes would be more appropriate.

So sad for that marine, or anybody to be treated that way. Luckily, a good neighbor with an iphone filmed the elder man being abused. The hotel staff were probably being paid off every month to look the other way. They too should be prosecuted!

In a sane world, he would be terrified to be out on bail.

My first job after college was in Westchester, pricey rent. I didn’t want to live in Westchester anyway. I had an apartment in Highland Falls, just south (2 miles) of West Point. It’s I really sleepy town, no urban element, nothing to see. I’m fairly shocked.

A liberal NY judge sets bail at $15,000...and you watch, when convicted the judge WON’T demand restitution.
