He is addressing the Texas delegates at their morning meeting. We wont be hearing much more of him after today :) Just like we have not heard much about him since he dropped out in May.
UNfortunately you’re wrong, we’ll be seeing him everyday as the liberal media waits breathlessly for his endorsement or not of Trump, which he will not give. He’s campaigning for 2020 and definitely supporting a Hillary win. A real POS.
