Cruz is a good speaker. He had a solid hit. All he had to do was watch his coach. Instead, he tried to stretch a double into an inside the park home run. He was thrown out trying to steal the base.
Fortunately he was followed by Gingrich and Pence who both hit home runs. Cruz did not just break his word to Republicans. He broke trust with the man who endorsed him, Mike Pence, who never did or said anything against him.
