No. No it is not. Why should we be willing to accept unconstitutional, overreaching actions in our government just because it is "our guy" who does them? That sort of thinking is characteristic of the left, for whom the ends (whatever they think they are) always justify the means, and is a primary cause of all the ills in our government.

It is well and good for the executive to undo the unconstitutional executive actions of his predecessors, but he must not exceed his constitutionally granted powers, nor should we tolerate such excess.
