"He said, She said" is really hard to prove or defend. This has happened a number of times in our small community and usually the guys, although completely innocent cannot prove they didn't do anything, nor could the women. One guy got 7 years for allegedly assaulting someone based on "She said". Justice is not always fair.

Such suits if pressed through to trial always present a jury question whose verdict depends upon who has the best actor to present his/her case.
