Obama Admin. Asks SCOTUS for Rehearing on Executive Amnesty

Where is this in the Constitution? The president can appeal a SCOTUS ruling? "Maybe you should rethink that since I ignored your last ruling."

Sounds like he used the dept of Just-Us to take a hit at it. Between his executive orders and the dept of Just-Us, they probably cannot even believe that they have to ask the SCOTUS to re-hear it.

Rule 44 of the U.S. Supreme Court Rules provides that a losing party may ask the Court to reconsider. It's often requested but very rarely granted.
