The Spanish Mexican elites (the Blancos) need a certain number of Indios and Mestizos around to do their dirty work. The trouble is, there are many more of them than the Mexican economy and infrastructure can possibly support, and the Mexican elites certainly don't want to do anything to support them. So what do they do? They dump their surplus on us, and call us "racists" if we balk at supporting the people who they don't want in Mexico.
