VIENNA (AP) -- Key restrictions on Iran's nuclear program imposed under an internationally negotiated deal will start to ease years before the 15-year accord expires, advancing Tehran's ability to build a bomb even before the end the pact, according to a document obtained Monday by The Associated Press.

The document is the only text linked to last year's deal between Iran and six foreign powers that hasn't been made public, although U.S. officials say members of Congress have been able to see it. It was given to the AP by a diplomat whose work has focused on Iran's nuclear program for more than a decade, and its authenticity was confirmed by another diplomat who possesses the same document.

Article III, Section 3, Paragraph 1, of the Constitution of the United States:

The "aid and comfort" prong of treason has been interpreted
by SCOTUS as requiring proof of four elements:
1. an intent to betray the United States (which can be inferred from);
2. an overt act;
3. witnessed by two people; and
4. that provides aid and comfort to an enemy of the United States.

An “Undisclosed Side Agreement” which would invalidate the Obama Iran Nuclear Deal protocol - which is a moot point as the agreement is non binding anyway.

What kind of thing can you see while you are in the field or on your roof and you must run from immediately -- no time even to grab a bug out bag? Is it possible this is referring to a nuclear weapon?
