It doesn't matter what the revenue ends up being.

The vast majority of Americans have tired of the War on Pot (75% of the War on Drugs).

These Americans will make pot legal in all 50 states.

Count me in! The so-called War on Drugs has devolved into a process whereby the law enforcement agencies use it to get federal money and material along with money and property seizures. And that has resulted in unfettered abuse of law abiding citizens being stripped of their honsestly earned cash at roadside stops. Unless we want to go the way of Singapore and make all illegal drugs punishable by death, we’re just pi$$ing into the wind.

Still a violation of federal law.

Just because the messiah/obummer decided not to prosecute violations of US federal law doesn’t make it legal if a state makes it so.
