Waco police Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton is still a disgrace to the badge he wears. He’s just like that a$$hole former Navy Rear Admiral, John Kirby who is now the “mouthpiece” for the State Department. Or is it the Defense Department? In either case, they are a disgrace to the uniforms they wear or wore!
Why do both of you say these things? What has he done? I am not familiar with him at all.
