He’s like that guy that keeps trying to pick a fight and then when he’s about to get one, he suddenly starts pretending to be the peacekeeper telling the other guy to “settle down” and telling the witnesses, “hey, I’m just talking to this guy and suddenly he’s trying to fight me.”
