I noticed over the weekend in France, the Interior Minister asked the general public to pick up applications for the reserve police. Presently, there are only 12,000 such individuals on such duty in France.
What this does....if you accept...is a way to get a license for carrying a gun. Normally, unless you go for the hunter or target shooter license....that’s about it. But with this reserve cop authority....you’d be able to tote a weapon where ever you went.
Imagine putting 10 million French guys on the street in 30 days....each armed.
Kind of like a “licensed” militia?
To go along with that, a survey cited by wiki suggests northern European citizens, including French and Germans, are more well-armed than most think =>
