Blacks don’t need white folks to keep them down. They’re doing a good enough job of that all by themselves.
There are MILLIONS of black families (yes, FAMILYS!) that go to work, pay their own bills, educate their children and would just LOVE to somehow clean up their own culture; but our gummint passes out too much of MY (and your) money to make this impossible.
Do we want to change BLACK culture?

These jerks who use their skin color as an excuse plus a means of advancement, add college admission to schools they usually could not get in are only fooling themselves. This damn BLM is pure hate. I recall 1967 and 1968 when just prior to Vietnam my roommate was called to put down rioting in Detroit. He was a platoon leader in the 82nd Abn. Even we were doing riot training. We were told if called up we could not let anyone see the beret we had. I wish we’d meet these damn BLM types with the 82nd and tanks plus machine guns. There damn sure would not have been free shopping/looting in Ferguson, Baltimore or anywhere..

It is not racist, but is a clear social principle. In a South American country where I lived for a decade, there is even a name for it: Chaqueteo.
In a society that has historically been oppressed in one way or another, the herd mentality indeed rules. If some young buck tries to better himself by entering into the dominant culture, other members of the herd grab him by the tails of his jacket (chaqueta) and pull him back down.
In the black culture this is evidenced by ebonics (or worse), Uncle Tom accusations, imposed hopelessness, etc.
Even when the “oppressed” society discovers that it is no longer oppressed, it will take a long time for the culture to change, and in fact some members will do all in their power to convince the culture that nothing has changed, thus inventing oppressions that don’t really exist.
A white racist might say, “Not at all. This just proves that blacks are inferior.”
Since he began with a question about all whites he then sneaks in “white racist” to represent them.
He brings up “Jews” and “asians” that have managed to succeed in this nation but he did not list “blacks” that emigrate to America.
If white America is so racist, how is it that blacks from other nations managed to succeed?
Perhaps it is not the color of the skin but the culture that is holding native blacks down.

I have seen many poor whites in Appalachia with a similar “world view” of “it's not me it's thee!”. Unfortunately that number is growing thanks to USG, state & local economic policies. You are seeing the same social pathologies growing there as did in inner city America.
