The timing here is suspicious - whether the 28 have anything incriminating to reveal or not.
Methinks there’s a connection between BLM in 37 cities tonight, the Republican convention, recent terrorist activity, and these 28 pages. Maybe they all are supposed to lead to Martial Law.
And who would enforce that?
The ratio of cops to citizens is something like 3000 : 1 at the least.
And those 3,000 average 1/2 a gun per person.
And, I guess you are assuming every member of law enforcement would participate.
There is no way any force could contain anything but a small portion of the populace.
