Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas narrowly avoided the terrorist attack that left at least 84 people dead in Nice, France Thursday evening. The San Diego Union Tribune reports that Thomas left Nice hours before a terrorist plowed through a crowded Nice street filled with Bastille Day revelers. The associate justice had been in the city teaching a program through the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego.

Oh please. Nice is a big place. Tell me he was down on the same street where the attack occurred and I'll agree the avoidance was narrow. This is like saying I narrowly avoided being shot in Chicago on my last business trip. Um, no. No, I didn't.

He should have spent his time teaching at some State university law school here in America. THAT is where the need is critical. The kids learning US law, the US constitution.

Well in the article it says the program was announced in March so it’s not like it was difficult to find. He replaced Scalia who was originally scheduled to do it.

Somebody needs to convince the good Justice that — for our sake — he needs to eat healthy, get plenty of exercise, and watch where he travels.
Doubt it was a coincidence. Somebody in Obama’s Administration tipped them off. They killed Scalia and now they want to take out the other two conservatives.
