Last time I checked North Korea was very culturally monolithic. I don’t get your comparison.
No immigration = no economy because multinationals leave if their executives can’t immigrate. Even the Japanese know this and accept foreign executives.
I am pointing out how bad an idea it is to have a total immigration ban.
