I trust Mr. Trump to make the best decision, with as you stated, there being no perfect VP choice. It's obvious that Mr. Trump is giving the selection a lot of vetting and thought, and I like that part of the process is (1) surviving a one-on-one interview with a tough but fair TV reporter and (2) showing enthusiasm and and ability to convey the message at a Trump rally. We know from Celebrity Apprentice that Trump decides, and he knows what works best for what he wants to achieve.
Keeping all that in mind, Governor Pence has done way better than anyone expected. But I would NEVER place bets on trying to figure out what choice Mr. Trump will make!
