I’d like a line in there that says “We condemn anyone using the word racist to describe the policy of actually having sovereign borders and defining the American economy as not including another country’s outsourcing of their poverty.”

It completes the transformation of the GOP from a conservative into a nationalist and populist party.

Trump is our Alex Tsipras.

“And this is the convention where some people think the delegates might vote con tray to the primary results?”

Exactly. This whole “delegate revolt” meme is enemedia nonsense gened up as yet another way to discredit Trump, and based on a tiny handful of extremely vocal anti-democracy traitor delegates, half of whom seem to originate from my home state of Colorado.

If there was actually anything to it, Trump would be screaming bloody murder about it. His total silence about the matter shows his people are totally in control, and even the main stream media never questions him about this supposed issue.

I also think the Paul Ryan’s poll results have gotten the attention of most GOP congressmen.

Well good! By altering their platform this way we are being told the anti-Trumper’s lose their battle to dump Trump IMO.

They wouldn’t have changed the platform if their was any hope the dump-Trumper’s would succeed.

Platform is irrelevant. Getting Trump elected so he can do what he says he will do is what is important.

Just a reminder for everyone, especially conservatives, especially just before the Republican convention:

Ronald Reagan’s words (posted by Diddle E. Squat in 2003):

Ronald Reagan on the importance of political compromise(in his own words)

An American Life (his autobiography) | 8/7/03 | Ronald Reagan

Posted on 08/07/2003 2:05:04 PM PDT by Diddle E. Squat

“When I began entering into the give and take of legislative bargaining in Sacramento, a lot of the most radical conservatives who had supported me during the election didn’t like it.

“Compromise” was a dirty word to them and they wouldn’t face the fact that we couldn’t get all of what we wanted today. They wanted all or nothing and they wanted it all at once. If you don’t get it all, some said, don’t take anything.

“I’d learned while negotiating union contracts that you seldom got everything you asked for. And I agreed with FDR, who said in 1933: ‘I have no expectations of making a hit every time I come to bat. What I seek is the highest possible batting average.’

If you got seventy-five or eighty percent of what you were asking for, I say, you take it and fight for the rest later, and that’s what I told these radical conservatives who never got used to it.

Trump may not be RR, but he is our best chance to beat Hillary and reverse some of the Obama agenda and “Make America Great Again” for everyone.

At this point anyone trying to undermine Trump, regardless of the excuse claimed, is helping Hillary take over the US.

I like your lists and yes, I missed some of these today while I have been painting baseboards and trim...company next week.

I did read the cities and warned friends living near them to take care!
